Civil Head
I wanted an opportunity to grow with an organization, that is exactly what I've been able to do here. I've grown both personally and professionally by working alongside some of the most enthusiastic people I've ever met. Watching these people everyday keeps me moving forward. They drive me to contribute as much as I can. And because teamwork is so important to MBTI, I drive them to succeed, as well.

I've always been the type of person who strives to learn something new each day. I think that's what attracted me to MBTI, the fact that I could do that here-and have fun in the process.
